Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

f888 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at the time of registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, or whenever f888 considers verification necessary for compliance or security purposes. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may have their accounts restricted or closed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your f888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number. f888 will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel.

All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you personally. • Sharing your account credentials with any third party, including family members, is strictly prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to operate your account or to deposit or withdraw funds on your behalf is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Payments

f888 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at f888's sole discretion, with reasonable notice provided to players where practicable.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be excluded from the withdrawable balance calculation.

f888 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any fees imposed by the receiving payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player and will be deducted by the provider independently of f888's processing.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on f888 sports markets and all wagers made on f888 casino games are subject to the game-specific and market-specific rules displayed on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market only.

• All bets are final once confirmed. f888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except where a market is voided pursuant to f888's event settlement rules.
• f888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has already been determined at the time the bet was placed, or where f888 has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was influenced by irregular activity.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, f888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. Where resolution is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds displayed on f888 sports markets are dynamic and subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• f888 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or game at any time. Players will be notified of applicable limits in the relevant section of the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

f888's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their f888 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit f888's liability for death or personal injury caused by f888's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
